SUIT DAY (3) ended a long run of top-three finishes with a moderate effort over 2220m at Grafton last start. Scored a tough win over this course and distance three back. Bullock replacing the claiming apprentice is a positive sign that he can turn things around. FARRAIGE (11) got a long way back and failed to run on over this trip at the Beaumont track on Monday. Races well here at this journey and the quick back-up is a good sign from the stable. Worth following. NATURE BOY (1) led from barrier to box over 2220m at Grafton ten days ago at start 113. Grand veteran who should roll along and give a great sight again. HAMMOON THUNDER (2) has been beaten under a length at his last couple, both over much shorter trips. Very fit now and poses a threat if he can get the 2100m. The consistent BILL PEYTO (6) is in the mix on a seven-day back-up. Placed at four of nine over this distance and he doesn't mind this circuit.
