ROSE DIAMOND (9) has been narrowly beaten when in the market at her past two but does look to have found the right race here. She was beaten under a length at Cranbourne last start and that reads well for this from a good draw. DIVINE SUPER (8) improved nicely at her second outing, beaten under three lengths over 1454m at Kilmore. She can improve again out to a mile and has claims. CHICAGO KING (3) lost the rider at Mornington as a $5.50 chance having run well for second at Cranbourne prior. He's won a trial since and may be worth forgiving. EMMCEE (4) has been good in two runs to date, sticking on fairly at Geelong over 1525m last time out. Shinn going on is a big positive and he should be in this for a long way. HITCHHIKERSGUIDE (5) will likely be back in the field but getting to a mile will suit.
