EAGLE NEST (4) tough mare who brings excellent fresh credentials over this track and trip. Proven at this level and her recent trial placing suggests she's come back even stronger. Top value prospect. INSURRECTION (2) massive first-up run in the Rubiton when a narrow second, before spearing across to sit on the fast tempo when a fading fifteenth over 1100m in the G1 Oakleigh Plate at Caulfield. Can bounce back after having excuses last start. PERSPIRATION (11) resumes without a trial. Stormed over the top of his rivals when taking out the LR Heritage over this course and distance last September. Gets a similar set-up today and stays in the mix. PISANELLO (7) progressive sprinter resuming. Chasing his fourth straight win and deserves his chance in this harder contest.
