Chasing his fourth straight victory and is fresh enough to come back to the 1200m after demolishing his rivals over 1400m at Randwick on January 4. Goes close. HARD TO SAY (1) underrated sprinter yet to win past 1100m. Has raced without luck at his last three outings and no shock to see J Mac get the best out of him over the 1200m. DISNECK (7) back marker with a lethal turn of foot racing in career best form. Deserves his chance in this harder contest and since fitted with a 900m tick over trial here on January 23. Can continue the winning streak. BRUDENELL (2) big improver third-up after failing narrowly with the 59kg when third over 1200m at Canterbury in LR grade. Has an excellent record here and drops further in weight. Keep safe. WATEGOS (4) tough gelding resuming who can surprise with the two good trials under his belt. Stable in-form and don't dismiss.
