PLASTIC DREAMS (5) has had a few chances but finds a nice race here, just finding one better fresh before sticking on well here over 2550m, finishing third. Any improvement in fitness third up sees him go close. HE'S A TIGER (2) has been around the mark this time in, only beaten three lengths at Geelong two back before an even effort here over 2000m. Out to 2500m can suit now. MARLIN (4) is a 20-start maiden so must be treated with caution but he was only beaten 1.6 lengths at Moe last time out when third. He can get an economical run and be in the finish. CLYDEBANK ROBBER (1) is a 36-start maiden who ran a better race last time at Moe and could be thereabouts. RIBBLE VALLEY (8) comes through the same race at Moe and has minor claims.
