PETE THE SNOOP (2) was edged out on debut at the Gold Coast two back then missed the kick and was behind the eight-ball from that point last start over 1100m at Ipswich. Looks in need of this trip so if his manners improve a maiden win looks on the cards. NOVEMBER SUN (11) returned from a 21-week spell with a handy third over 1000m at Eagle Farm when backed heavily. Given another 38 days between runs, with a trial in between. Sure to give a good account. DARLING TAKE CARE (7) has raced handy but lacked the change of gear required in a couple of five furlong races this time in work. Draws a nice alley and like her out to 1200m now. SO YOU CAN TORQUE (4) is back after a five-month absence. Showed ability in the two runs of his maiden campaign. Two trials should have him ready to run well. BLACK ASSASSIN (6) is yet to place in 11 runs but recent efforts have been okay. One for the exotics.
