TRAPEZE WARRIOR (6) is suited staying at 1000m having tried hard at Sandown Lakeside last time out, beaten under a length. He can be a bit or miss but his best form reads well for this and he should get a nice run either in front or one pair back. WOLFLANDS (1) has just found one better at his past two, finishing ahead of Trapeze Warrior as a $31 chance last time out. He's likely to be back near last which might be tricky around here. THE SHOWVINIST (4) struggled fresh at Sandown Lakeside but was in the market and he could be a sharp improver with that run under the belt. BIG ME (2) is consistent, not far away here over 955m last time out. He's still lightly raced and should be in the finish again. EXUMA (7) has upside and could measure up.
