PRIVILEGED SON (2) looks suited out to the marathon trip. He was given an outstanding ride to win over 3000m here two back before an even effort back to 2500m in Adelaide last time. Should be hard fit for this and prove hard to beat. SOUTHERN STOCK (4) ran a good race over 3200m at Gold Coast last time out, giving every indication another rise in trip would be suitable. No surprise to see him measure up well. QUEEN TAKES KING (5) was solid in the Mortlake Cup over 2000m last time. She's some query at the trip but certainly has the ability. GLEN MASSEY (7) was just behind Southern Stock last time and has each-way claims off that. FARAG (1) looks better placed here and can figure.
