Gets a bit of weight relief today and draws the fence so he is going to be hard to stop if in the right frame of mind. CABOCHE (5) started at a big quote and ran accordingly first-up over 1600m at Eagle Farm last time out. Might need one more but in this company from a nice alley he might surprise. DUNE FORTY FIVE (2) has been hot and cold of late. Impressive winner two back over a mile at Doomben then dropped out of contention in a similar race there three weeks ago. In the mix from a favourable gate. WAPITI (10) led but found the short-priced favourite too strong over 2200m at Doomben most recently. Back to a more suitable trip and looks a strong light weight hope. Veteran JUNIPAL (1) can never be ruled out of a race of this nature.
