SOFALA (3) was ordered to trial again by stewards after her last start midfield finish at Eagle Farm. She ran second in that trial and with the winkers replacing the blinkers, she is expected to bounce straight back into the money. Stick with her. TORERA (8) may have found her rivals a touch sharp over 1000m at the Sunshine Coast last start and will be suited by the step up to 1300m third up. Having Ryan Wiggins in the saddle is a good lead and she should be among the hardest to beat. DEEP DAWN (22) will find this easier than her last start at Eagle Farm and the fact that she is still part of the powerful Tony Gollan stable is a positive sign. She has been placed in her only start on this track and is worth each-way consideration at a price.
