HOTIM ENGLISH (2) is a lightly tried 4-year-old gelding who resumed with a top run for second here 3 weeks ago and would have taken a lot of improvement out of that effort. He has the visors on for the first time and dropping 100m in distance won't be a problem. He has the scope to win a maiden race at short notice. DANCER FOR MONEY (5) did not fire fresh-up at Terang just over 7 weeks ago and has since changed stables. He was an easy winner at Geelong on debut and should have no trouble measuring up in this area. A market watch is advised. THREE JACKS (4) is also an ex-Victorian gelding who showed some promise earlier in his career. Maybe a change of scenery can see him find some worthwhile form again. MONTCELOT (3) has the blinkers on for the first time third up and is worth another chance with the aid of the pole position. Include in all combinations.
