ARIARNE (2) won her maiden here by over 6 lengths at the end of July and has been runner-up in her next 3 starts, including her last run a fortnight ago when she tried to lead all of the way. She has a superior draw this time and should again be right in the finish. SHECANMIXIT (4) will find this easier than her last start and has Jarrod Todd replacing an apprentice this time, A wide draw won't help but with the right run, she can bounce straight back into the money. FIELD OF PRAISE (3) is an ex-Victorian who has been steadily improving in each start back from a spell. She will relish the step up to 1200m and is ready to put her best hoof forward. Can win. ASTERN MAGIC (1) made up some solid late ground from well back here last time out and has been given a freshen-up since then which would have done him no harm. He is down in class and ready to show some worthwhile form. Each way value.
