KNIGHT DANCER (5) was far from his best last start at Strathalbyn when always well back but was a smart maiden winner over this track and trip earlier in the prep. Gets in well at the weights with the 4kg claimer engaged. Can bounce back sharply. LASTAR (3) has failed to threaten in his last two but is better placed back in this grade and can get things back on track. Is a five-time winner over this journey and is drawn softly. BITE YOUR TONGUE (11) has mixed his form this campaign. Returns from the trials off a 58-day freshen and can give this a big shake. SIR PANAMA (6) was too bad to be true when returning at Lock, beaten a stretch after being sent out favourite. Watch for sharp improvement.
