SAFE DESTINATION has had a fine campaign and with the form of his latest Chepstow second working out he's taken to resume winning ways here. Duke of Deception is the obvious danger.

A reformed character this season, winning 3 handicaps at up to 3m and yet to finish out of the first 2 otherwise, chasing home the improving Ask Brewster (won a good Cheltenham handicap on Wednesday) at Chepstow latest. Good shout.

Won a similar handicap over C&D a year ago and back in good form of late, having every chance over further here last month. Nudged back up 2 lb and strong claims.

Verdict
Finally off the mark in novice handicap chase over this trip at Uttoxeter in January. Isn't the most convincing with either his attitude or jumping though and again ran below form back there 3 weeks ago. Has twice been placed here.

Verdict
Ran out an impressive winner in a re-fitted tongue strap in 3m Ffos Las handicap chase in November despite not always convincing with his jumping. That proved to be his undoing back from a break at Southwell last month (upsides but not going very fast when fell last). Same mark.
