As part of our license requirements, before you can send or receive transfers we need to verify your age.
How do I verify my age?
Go to Cashier → Withdraw. The system will ask you to acknowledge the Player Fund Protection policy and you’ll also need to select your deposit limits.
If the system has verified your age, it will remove the restriction on Real money transfers.
If the system can’t verify your age, send us a clear copy of the documents below for us to do a manual check:
