Wire Transfers: Withdrawal instructions

To confirm if this payment method is available in your country, log into your account and go to the Cashier.

We can only send wire transfer withdrawals to a bank account registered in your name. And also, your bank country must match the country you registered in your account with us.

To receive a wire transfer, players must cover the fees charged but their bank. But we'll cover the fees charged by the sending bank.

If you'd like to request a withdrawal via wire transfer, follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to your account, head to the Cashier, and select the 'Withdraw' tab.
  2. Insert the withdrawal amount and click the green arrow.
  3. In the next screen, you'll see if you have any pending automatic withdrawals. You'll also see the payment methods available to withdraw any remaining amount.
  4. Select 'Wire Transfer' if there are no pending withdrawals or if there's a remaining amount. Click on the green arrow.
  5. Enter your banking information and select 'Request'. There's no need to include Intermediary Bank information.
  6. You can see your banking information next to the Wire Transfer option. Select the green arrow and, if everything is correct, submit your request.

It can take up to 72 hours to approve your withdrawal request. And, between 2-5 business days to have the funds in your account.
