What is a spend budget?

Your spend budget aims to make sure that your play is always fun. We apply it to your account based on a soft credit check, in line with UKGC requirements.

How do you calculate my spend budget?

We determine your spend budget based on a soft credit check. This check considers your age and doesn't affect your credit score. We'll conduct the credit check once within 12 months and you're the only one who can see when we perform it.

Can I change my spend budget?

To ask for a change to your spend budget, please send us your Source of Wealth document. You can find more information here.

When does my spend budget reset?

The spend budget resets on the first of the next month at 00:00 local time.

What do I do if I've reached my limit?

Once you reach your spend budget limit, it'll reset on the first of the following month.
