Your progress bar and Chests during a period of self-exclusion

When you self-exclude, your progress bar and Chests can be affected depending on your period of inactivity:

• For the Blue Chest, your progress bar will reset if you're inactive for three calendar months.
• For the Bronze Chest and higher, whenever 28 days pass and you haven't won a Chest, your progress bar will reset, and you’ll be moved down a level.

Also, keep in mind that you have 30 days to open a Chest before it expires.
