Requesting a break or a self-exclusion period

You have the option to take a break from playing during a specific period if you feel it's needed.

How does it work?

You have three options to choose from:

  • Cooling-off - 12 to 24 hours
  • Time out - 7 to 30 days
  • Self-Exclusion - 180 days up to 5 years

In this time, you'll still be able to log in to your account and make withdrawals. But you won't be able to play any games, perform any transactions and you'll automatically be unregistered from any tournaments played during this period.

It’s also worth knowing that once a choice to self exclude has been confirmed, we won’t be able to reverse the decision. Once the specific break period is over, you'll be able to enjoy our games again.

How do I set it up?

If you want to request a break, follow the instructions below depending on the device you are using:

  • Desktop: Tools → Responsible Gaming → Exclude Me From Playing
  • Mobile: Menu (Android) or More (iOS) → Settings & Tools → Responsible Gaming → Exclude me from playing

Or, click below to access this via our website:
