What happens after I qualify for a live event tournament through a satellite?

If you qualify for a live event tournament by winning an online satellite, you are automatically registered for the target tournament.

Your seat or package is applied directly to the event you qualified for.

 

Will I receive information after winning a live event seat or package?

Yes.

All players who win a live event seat or package receive a winner information email shortly after qualifying.

The email includes important details about the event, such as:

• event information
• next steps for qualifiers
• contact details for the Live Events team

 

What if I do not receive the winner information email?

If you do not receive the email, first check that congratulatory emails are enabled in your PokerStars account settings.

If this setting is turned off, you may not receive the winner email after qualifying.

 

How do I enable congratulatory emails?

To enable congratulatory or winner emails:

1. Log in to your PokerStars account.
2. Open the main lobby.
3. Select Settings → Gameplay → Advanced.
4. Enable ‘Receive Congratulatory Emails’.

Once enabled, you will receive emails for future tournament wins and qualifications.
