As a resident of the UK and the UK overseas territories, you can legally play on our .UK software while traveling abroad without restrictions, as long as that is allowed in the country of visit. Our services are not for use in jurisdictions where it is illegal to do so.

Playing in the UK

In line with the local legislation, while physically in the UK, you can legally play on our .UK platform, which is fully licensed by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC).

From Crown Dependencies and some British Overseas Territories, players can legally play on the .UK platform as well. These locations include the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey) and Gibraltar.

The .UK platform has the same player pool as .COM/.EU, meaning that you can play against all the players you always have from the UK.

More info you should know:

• In the US or US territories, unless you are located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Michigan, you won’t be able to play real money games.
• If you are traveling to countries with local online gaming regulations, at all times you will need to follow the requirements of the region in which you are located (e.g. verification process, account validation, etc).
