Sending the Source of Wealth
We might ask you to send us documents showing the source of the funds you're spending or intend to spend on our site. We do that as a socially responsible operator.
The information below will help you navigate through the Source of Wealth process.
What is Source of Wealth?
The Source of Wealth (SOW) check looks at how a player, or their family, has earned their total wealth.
We use it to look at how players generate or accumulate their finances or other assets.
Why do I need to send Source of Wealth documents?
We have to consider any potential harm from your gambling activity on our site.
This check is part of our Safer Gambling policy. It aims to prevent you from having financial difficulties due to your activities on our site.
If we detect signs of financial concerns, we do our best to make your activities safe. For example, we might see an increase in your spending. In this case, we'd set a deposit limit on your account or suspend it.
We can increase or remove your spend budget or your deposit limit. But to do this, we need documents supporting your income source. That way, we can make sure you're spending within your means.
Which documents do I need to send?

We'll only count income supported by documents that can verify it. These can be bank statements, payslips, annual tax returns, etc. The list below will help you with this.

Income from employment

Income from benefits
We can't consider disposable income funds derived from benefits. These include child support, unemployment and welfare benefits or student aid. We need an extra source of income to approve a deposit limit increase or reinstate your account.

What happens if I can't send those documents?
We'll do our best to offer you alternatives to your supporting documents. After reviewing them, we'll consider increasing your deposit limit or reinstating your account.
Do you store my documents and information safely?
We take every precaution to protect our players' identities and any sensitive information.
We have internal restrictions in place to secure your information.
Only you can access your information. All our employees have to keep player information confidential. This obligation continues even after the employee leaves our organization. We invest in the latest security architecture technology to protect the data we hold.
