Account sharing and multiple accounts report

We value the integrity of our games. Players can't share accounts, access the software, or play using someone else's accounts*. These are violations of our General Terms. There are very few exceptions to this rule. For example, you're in the middle of a tournament and your internet connection drops. In this case, a friend can finish the tournament for you.

If you suspect a player is breaking this rule, you can report it to us.

How to send a report?

Contact us with all the relevant information using the subject title 'Multiple accounts report'. We'll look into the reported accounts and take action if they're breaching our rules. For privacy reasons, we won't disclose any information about the result of our investigation.
