How fast are winnings paid out?

Live event winnings are usually credited within 48 hours of the tournament finishing.

We know waiting can be hard, but if you've won in a PokerStars event, it's worth it. Congrats!

Can I get an update in the meantime?

Feel free to head to our registration desk onsite for an update or reach out to us at live@pokerstarslive.com.

How will I be paid?

It depends on the host casino's own methods and could be in cash or by bank transfer.

Direct credits into PokerStars accounts are also possible, but subject to certain conditions. If you're interested, email us at live@pokerstarslive.com.
