Depositing with Trustly

To confirm if this payment method is available in your country, log in to your account and go to the Cashier.

Trustly is an online bank transfer that allows you to make deposits directly from your bank account to your user account.

To use this payment method, you need to set up online banking with your bank. You also may need a device to generate the security code to authorize transactions. Some banks generate this code via their app.

How do I deposit with Trustly?

To deposit using Trustly, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Cashier. If you're on our website or using our mobile app:

  2. Under the 'Deposit' tab, choose 'More Payment Methods' to see all available options.
  3. Select 'Trustly'.
  4. Select your preferred currency (if applicable).
  5. Pick one of the suggested deposit amounts or enter a different one in the 'Other' field.
  6. Add your bonus code (if available) and press the green arrow.
  7. From the country drop-down choice, select yours.
  8. On the next screen, select your bank.
  9. You'll be redirected to your bank's page. There, enter your bank account details and press 'Ok'.
  10. Confirm your deposit amount.
  11. Go back to our software and hit the 'Continue' button to complete the transaction and ensure the funds reach your user account.

If you complete the transaction through SMS, the funds will take 1 to 2 business days to be credited.

We don't charge any fees for using Trustly, but your bank may charge them. Get in touch with them for more information on this.

I'm trying to use Trustly, but I can't. Why?

Here are some of the most common reasons for a failed Trustly deposit:

  • The transaction wasn't completed on time. Wait 15 minutes and try to deposit again.
  • Your web browser version is not up to date. Please ensure you're using the most up-to-date version of your web browser.
  • Internet Explorer is not your default web browser. Make sure Internet Explorer is your default browser.
  • Your anti-virus or pop-up blocker may be stopping new windows from coming up as pop-ups. You can temporarily disable the pop-up blocker feature.
  • The information entered was incorrect. Please double-check that the information you are entering is correct and try again.
  • It takes more than 10 minutes for the funds to show up on your user account. If you complete the transaction through SMS, the funds will take 1 to 2 business days to be credited.
